About the Renovation

After living in one condo unit for 15 or so years, homeowners Stephen and Eileen wanted a little more from their home sweet home, so they scooped up the neighbor’s unit when it went up for sale. They hired us, award-winning remodeling firm Gardner/Fox, to guide them through the design and construction process.

Spa Luxury with a Sunken Tub – Undermount bathtubs are designed with a flat edge that mounts under the deck so the tub rim is invisible. In this installation, the tub rests beneath the tile, creating a sunken-tub effect.
