Finely crafted molding treatments allow other elements of a room to take center stage. Accurate cuts, careful assembly, and a fine finishing job pay rich dividends for a high-quality effect. In this room, wainscot panels and contrasting molding offers support for hanging artwork.

Integrating the television into the cabinetry allows for pleasant, comfortable viewing while ensuring that the room also serves other purposes. Audio and video components are hidden in a closet behind the cabinetry. During the renovation, wires were snaked behind the wall to finish off this clean, classic look.

Spa Luxury with a Sunken Tub – Undermount bathtubs are designed with a flat edge that mounts under the deck so the tub rim is invisible. In this installation, the tub rests beneath the tile, creating a sunken-tub effect.

A peacock blue sink coordinates with the bath’s iridescent glass tiles and complements blue highlights in the surrounding granite countertop.

The Boudoir

Custom cabinetry by Stimmel Design Works creates a very organized closet and dressing area adjacent to the master suite.

A folding door hides the conveniently located washer and dryer from view.

Sharing a closet requires skillful planning! Custom cubbies and shelves provide structured places to store folded clothes, shoes, and ties.

The Master Suite

The renovation brought completely new finishes to the master bedroom. This room was a bedroom before the renovation, but was slightly reconfigured to accommodate the master bath and adjacent boudoir.

Before the renovation, the bedroom was straight ahead, the kitchen was through the door on the right, and there was a bathroom door to the left (you can’t see it in this photo). This entire area became the master suite.

Custom cabinetry and custom mosaic tile details help create an elegant master bath.

Multiple shower heads, custom mosaic tiles, built-in shelves and bench, and a frameless glass shower door … what’s not to love?

A pocket door offers privacy for the toilet room.
